In this session, 16 abstracts are presented in rapid succession, and the second half of the session consists of discussions at the posters.
The time allotted for your lightning talk is 2 min. This time limit will be strictly enforced.
Your presentation must be uploaded in the speaker-room at the congress center in good time before your session. Please prepare your slide with format 16:9.
In addition, you must prepare a poster, which will be presented during the session. It will also be on display during the entire conference.
The poster format should not be larger than 120 cm x 120 cm (A0).
The time allotted for your talk is 10 min, plus 2 min for discussion.
Your presentation must be uploaded in the speaker-room at the congress center in good time before your session.
Please prepare your slide with format 16:9. The given time frame must be adhered to!
In addition, we invite you to make a poster for display in the poster area during the entire congress.
This is not mandatory, but gives you an opportunity to reach a larger audience.
The poster format should not be larger than 120 cm x 120 cm (A0).

Cost: € 52 per A0 poster
Requirements:
- pdf files only
- name format: [AbstractNumber].pdf
- Posters must be designed in A0 format (print service will re-scale any outsize posters and it may not look the way you want it to!)
Deadline to upload posters: Thursday, September 21, 2023, 12:00 CEST!
Printed Posters will be available for pick-up at the conference center from Oct. 4, 2023
