How to submit an abstract

The abstract can be up to 5000 characters long (including spaces). In order to meet this requirement, we kindly propose that abstracts should be prepared in MS Word and copied into the abstract submission system afterwards. 

The abstract must be submitted in English and It should contain the following sections:

• Introduction
• Methods
• Results
• Discussion
• Conclusion
• References

In the textbox for captions, put all your figure captions under each other, each clearly labelled with “Fig. 1”, “Fig. 2” and so on. The captions can together be a maximum of 1000 characters. If you don’t have any figures, type “no figures” in the text box.

• Fig. 1. Caption text (if there is one)
• Fig. 2. Caption text (if there is one)
• Fig. 3. Caption text (if there is one)
• Fig. 4. Caption text (if there is one)

If your abstract contains tables or images, they can be submitted in .png or .jpg format. Up to four figures can be attached to the abstract, with maximum size of 2 MB each. Make sure they are uploaded so that the figure number matches the captions in the main text.

The organizing committee will review the abstracts and acceptance letters will be sent 4 weeks before the conference.
